First things First
Get into the habit of incorporating the practice routine every time you log in, and before you start playing. This way you will be more motivated to train, and warm you up before your game! Practicing before every game will help you stick to the routine, so turn it into a ritual – Practice, then Play!
Better than nothing
We recommend training for 25 minutes a day. That’s being said, if life gets in the way and you can’t find at least 25 minutes for practicing, do 15 minutes but make sure to complete the rest of the routine later. While you will see the best results if you do the whole training properly, even some training is better than nothing!
Just do it
Motivation shouldn’t be a deciding factor whether you do 15 minutes or 30 minutes, this is where the habit of simply doing the training once you log in will help you stick to it, there will always be an excuse for why not to train, but don’t let it hold you back. Motivation is important, but persistence and discipline are much more valuable in the long run, where the improvement really counts.
